Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Sparrow Freight and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 136 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loads and lanes. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loads and lanes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
