Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Stonegate Quill Health is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient scheduling. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
