Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Summit Granite Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Denver. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to promotions. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
