Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Rivermark Pike Insurance is an insurance company in Cleveland with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
