Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Summit Fox Community Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to donor records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on donor records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
