Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Union Care Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to caregiver training. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
