Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Bluepeak Timber Property Management Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease renewals. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
