Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Fernwood Hollow Health Group is a healthcare provider in Colorado Springs with clinics and support teams, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient education. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
