Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Northwind Corner Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Savannah. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
