Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Foxglove Bridge Freight is a Fresno logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to dock schedules. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on dock schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
