Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Stonegate Meridian Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Buffalo. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
