Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Fernwood Quill Facilities Partners is a facilities company in Columbus with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supply orders. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supply orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
