Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Lumen Sparrow Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Phoenix, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to dock schedules. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on dock schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
