Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Cedar Forge Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Cincinnati area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to network equipment. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
