Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Westbrook Ember Staffing places workers with employers around Birmingham, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client orders. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
