Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Summit Ivory Banking Services Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan files. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
