Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Amberfield Loom Early Learning is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to meal programmes. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on meal programmes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
