Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Lumen Cedar Facilities is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 71 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to safety inspections. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on safety inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
