Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind West Freight Associates and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to proof of delivery. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
