Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Foxglove Cross Hospitality is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 877 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to reviews and feedback. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on reviews and feedback. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
