Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Highbridge Drift Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Jacksonville, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 768 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to group events. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
