Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Foxglove Oak Hospitality is a hospitality company in Detroit with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to reviews and feedback. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on reviews and feedback. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
