Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Greenridge Pike Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer complaints. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
