Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Nova Hollow Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Toledo, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 547 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service complaints. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on service complaints. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
