Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Analytics and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to deposit accounts. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
