Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Bluepeak River Staffing is a Minneapolis staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 323 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to candidate screening. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
