Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Cedar Lakeside Health Group is a healthcare provider in Cincinnati with clinics and support teams, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to insurance authorisations. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
