Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Highbridge Quarry Health provides primary and specialty care in Spokane. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to insurance authorisations. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
