Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Harborlight Ashton Facilities is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to contractor visits. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
