Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Bright Basin Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Jacksonville, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to deposit accounts. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
