Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Harborlight Kestrel Early Learning is an early-learning provider in St. Louis, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
