Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Northwind Quarry Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Spokane with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to recycling loads. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on recycling loads. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
