Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Bluepeak River Financial is a financial-services company in San Jose, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 127 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account servicing. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on account servicing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
