Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Northwind Wren Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Charlotte with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to collection routes. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
