Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Lumen Harbor Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in San Antonio with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 499 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fleet maintenance. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
