Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Cedar Pine Learning Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to attendance records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
