Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Ironwood Stone Care Services supports families and individuals in Boise with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to caregiver training. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
