Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Nova Mill Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Detroit, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to card disputes. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on card disputes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
