Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Westbrook Cross Environmental Services Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fleet maintenance. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
