Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Ironwood Pine Financial serves customers across Oakland with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor spend. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor spend. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
