Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Stonegate West Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Honolulu with personal care and coordination, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
