Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Rivermark Mill Banking Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan files. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
