Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Lumen Birch Care Services Partners supports families and individuals in Birmingham with personal care and coordination, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 226 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to caregiver training. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
