Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Northwind Bridge Telecom is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
