Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Clearpath Linden Hospitality is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to guest bookings. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
