Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Fernwood Birch Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Chicago, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to weigh tickets. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
