Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Amberfield Meadow Housing Partners is a nonprofit housing provider in Colorado Springs, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident services. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
