Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Redstone Forge Care Services Associates is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Little Rock. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to caregiver training. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on caregiver training. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
