Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Ironwood Loom Early Learning is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
