Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Harborlight Field Community Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 979 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client intake. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client intake. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
